Listening to: Shadows of the Empire (Audio Book)
So this past year I read a ton of books, which is astonishing to people who know me since I used to never read.  I love lists and love to discuss things I read so in lue of that I am making a list of the top books I read last year. So in conclusion all I read are books that are helpful to ministry or books that are Science Fiction.
Burkoff:
So I was reading Louis Berkhof’s Systematic Theology a few days ago and I came across this statement  “Sanctification may be defined as that gracious and continuous operation of the Holy Spirit by which He purifies the sinner, renews his whole nature in the image of God, and enables him to perform good works.”[1] This statement is so true and what is does it give us confidence that we are kept in fold of God and how after salvation we are not just bums sitting on a couch but people who are to supposed to go do good works for Him.  In this year we should be focused on spreading his Word through living our lives fully for Him.
